Ledi Mikeladze Elgendi – Logistics Coordinator
Ledi Mikeladze Elgendi is a logistics and operations professional with international experience across tourism, media, and social media. She holds a BA in Media, Diplomacy, and International Negotiations (Collegium Civitas, Poland).
She is currently Transportation and Hotelling Manager at Milky Way Tours, coordinating travel operations, suppliers, logistics planning, and marketing across multiple destinations. In 2025, she served as Logistics Coordinator for the AEO Election Observation Mission in Albania, managing accommodation, transport, observer deployment, and field logistics.
Her previous roles include Social Media Manager and Videography Assistant at Pirveli Studio, as well as election-related assignments with OSCE/ODIHR and AEGEE. She is fluent in English, Georgian, and Polish, with intermediate Russian, and is valued for strong coordination, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
Jasmin Schwarz – Outreach Coordinator
Jasmin Schwarz has a background in Linguistics and Central European Studies, with a focus on German minorities in Central and Eastern Europe. During her Master’s in Cultural Diplomacy at Andrássy University Budapest, her academic work focuses on language and identity, political participation, and the role of urban dynamics in shaping social and civic engagement. She has experience in political research, educational program development, and election observation, and supports a Berlin-based educational travel agency that offers in-depth insights into the history, literature, and civil society of Central and Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans, the Caucasus, and Central Asia
William Louis Hill IV – Research Coordinator
William Louis Hill IV is the Research Coordinator for AEO’s April 2026 mission to Hungary. He holds a M.A. in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a B.A. in International Studies and Romance Languages from Johns Hopkins University. He has worked at several international organizations, including the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and has lived in several countries. He speaks English, French, Italian, and Portuguese, and continues to study German and Russian.
